ASSOCIATIONS PROVIDING CPD CREDITS
2021 CPD Credits are below. Applications with these associations will be made for the 2022 RealCapital Conference. Please check back for more details.
Attendance at RealCapital is eligible for Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Continuing Professional Development (CPDs) Credits. Eight (8) CPD credits will be provided for attending both days of the conference. For more information on how to apply these credits, please go to www.AICanada.ca and log-in with your member credentials.
KEY POINTS TO KNOW ABOUT EARNING YOUR CPD CREDITS
Requests for Attendance Certificates can be requested during the event registration process.
A per event, one-off non-refundable admin fee of $50 plus tax will be applied. More than one certificate per event can be requested.
The admin fee is waived for REF Club Members, speakers and those attendees using sponsor allocated registrations.
Any inquiries regarding credits must be received by the organizers within three months following the date of the event. After this date, the CPD certificate process will be deemed closed and the organizers are not obligated to enter into dialogue for requests, edits to attendance certificates nor submissions to associations.
Where requested by an association, attendance audits will be provided.
The organizers will not enter into communications between an association and attendee in regards to disputes on qualifying attendance for credits, other than to provide platform analytics. Please see information regarding ad blockers.
Those not present for the entire virtual event annul their right to an attendance certificate – again please take note of ad blocker information.
Admin fees are non-refundable.
Allow Ads On Platform
Blocking Ads while on the event platform interferes with analytic reporting that provides evidence on the number of hours an attendee is present on the platform.
To avoid a misinterpretation of attendance necessary for credits, we strongly advise that those who request attendance certificates make sure to allow Ads when on the platform to ensure logged hours are captured properly by following these short steps.
When logged on the platform:
Step 1: Click on the lock icon on the left of the url
Step 2: Click on ‘Site Settings’
Step 3: Scroll down to find the ‘Ads’ line and select ‘Allow’
