Director Venture Governance & Corporate Strategy at Gasunie

As director venture governance, Pieter is responsible for the venture management of the Gasunie (co-)owned terminal, storage and interconnector assets. Additionally he is acting director for corporate strategy. Prior to taking up these roles he was company secretary and responsible for the public and regulatory affairs departments.

In addition to his role at Gasunie, he is member of the board of GIE, the association of gas infrastructure operators in Europe. Previously he has worked as policy advisor for energy and climate in the European Parliament.
