George Panou is Head of the Innovation Center at Eurobank, with more than 25 years of experience leading digital innovation and transformation initiatives across the technology and financial services sectors.

Alongside his corporate role, he is internationally active as a speaker, Fintech Mentor at the Visa Innovation Program, and visiting lecturer at universities, where he teaches topics related to Fintech and Digital Transformation.

He is a PhD candidate in Business Management at UOC. He holds a degree in Computer Science, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and an Executive Education Certificate in Strategy and Digital Transformation from Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. In addition, he has completed numerous specialized programs, including Machine Learning from Stanford and DeepLearning.AI, as well as Mathematics for Machine Learning from Imperial College London, further strengthening his expertise in artificial intelligence and fintech.
