Joe is a strategic communications executive with more than two decades of experience advising corporations, startups, and C-suite executives on their public relations and marketing strategies. He founded LoBello Communications, an award winning boutique communications agency, in 2017 to meet the growing demand for senior level communications expertise focused on the technology and financial services industries.
LoBello Communications works with high-growth companies that are disrupting their industries. The agency counts notable public and private companies and global startups as partners including Blyp, BridgeTower Media, Broadridge Financial Solutions, CI&T, Equifax, Halo Investing, openigloo, Orion Innovation, Sedric, Zega Financial, and Zuma Payroll & Processing.
In 2021, Joe was named to Crain’s New York ’s list of notable PR and Marketing leaders. Joe serves on the Board of Trustees for Queens Council on the Arts and is the licensed organizer of TEDxLongIslandCity.
Prior to founding the Queens-based firm, Joe served in leadership roles in large NYC public relations agencies, including Managing Director at Brainerd Communicators and Financial Services Leader at Stanton Crenshaw. In addition to corporate communications work in these roles, Joe also provided communications advice on more than $20 billion worth of financial transactions.
Joe began his communications career at Thomson Reuters. Before that, he was a Spokesperson for New York State Senator Norman J. Levy in Albany and Freeport, New York.
Joe graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and received his Master of Arts in Government and Politics from St. John’s University. He resides in Queens, NYC with his family.
