Rob Grzeszczak is the President and Managing Partner of The Norman Group, a boutique firm providing management, technology, and project consulting services to financial institutions and fintechs. Featuring four specific practice areas (Payments & FX, Digital Channels, Corporate Credit, and Compliance & Risk Management), The Norman Group’s expert staff help support, implement and integrate a wide range of third-party software vendor products on behalf of their clients.

Prior to founding The Norman Group in 1997, Rob was Vice President and Manager of First Union National Bank’s (now Wells Fargo) International Systems group. Rob’s team helped implement the first internet-based letter-of-credit initiation and reporting system and also supported the bank’s cross-border money transfer technology.

Rob’s initially worked for Andersen Consulting (Accenture), gaining exposure to banking software and bank operations.

Rob earned an MBA from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Davidson College.
