Tom Parette has been in leading technology roles supporting global financial services customers for over 30 years.

Tom is currently the Senior Director at Slalom Consulting in Charlotte N.C. In his role, Tom leads the Technology Enablement team which includes technology strategy, cloud computing, software engineering, and DevOps. In previous roles, Tom was Director of Systems Engineering for financial services at NCR which included ATMs, digital banking, and payments. Tom spent the majority of his career at IBM as a lead architect for financial services working with banks across the globe to transform and modernize their business and supporting technology stacks.
