Serena WongDirector, Digital Platforms Branch at Australian Competition & Consumer Commission
Serena Wong is an acting Director in the Digital Platforms Branch of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, where she led the preparation of the third interim report of the ACCC’s Digital Platform Services Inquiry. She was closely involved in the first interim report of the Digital Platform Services Inquiry and the 18-month Digital Platforms Inquiry in 2018-2019. She was also seconded to the US Federal Trade Commission’s Technology Enforcement Division for several months in 2019-2020. Prior to her work in digital platforms, Serena worked in the Merger Investigations Branch of the ACCC. Serena holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours Class I) from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University.
