SPECIAL CONSTRUCTIONS 

Option 1: To use the New Ag Int’l Preferred Supplier to design and supply your Special Constructed Stand please contact Stands Best Layout, tecnica@standsbr.com for a quote: (Ref: Biocontrol2019). Last orders will be taken on 22nd July.

Option 2: If you will be using your own supplier to design and supply your Special Constructed Stand please ask them to contact Stands Best Layout, tecnica@standsbr.com for a quote (Ref: Biocontrol2019) for logistical information, stand build times etc.

STANDS BEST LAYOUT WILL BE THE LEAD STAND BUILDER ON SITE AND WILL COORDINATE ALL OTHER STAND BUILDING COMPANIES

GENERAL CLEANING 

General cleaning of the exhibition hall will be provided by the venue who will also arrange for all Aisles PRIOR TO THE OPENING OF THE EXHIBITION and daily thereafter, but it is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to maintain his booth in a clean condition at all times.

DILAPIDATION 

Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of making good or replacing any damage or dilapidation to the exhibition premises, whether caused by themselves, their agents, contractors or by any person or persons employed or engaged on their behalf by such agents or contractors.
