Delphine serves as Vice President, Head of International Finance at Blueprint Medicines.

Delphine joined Blueprint Medicines in April 2020 as one of the first members of the management team in the International region. She oversees the financial strategies and execution in markets outside of the US and China, ensuring robust financial health and sustainable company growth.

Before joining Blueprint Medicines, she held various European finance leadership roles at Mylan. With almost 20 years of experience in finance and business roles within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries, Delphine has developed a strong skill set in strategic business planning, International Region build up, business performance, international management, reporting and auditing.

Delphine holds a master’s degree in Management with a major in Finance from Clemont School of Business in France and has completed multiple leadership and management certifications at INSEAD and IESE Business School.

In addition to her professional achievements, Delphine is passionate about sports, travel, and photography.
