A global thought leader and business executive at the intersection of science and commercial strategy, Dr. Ashiq Khan serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Evotec, where he leads the company's global commercial strategy and builds partnerships that help customers accelerate the discovery and development of innovative medicines. Working across the biopharma, biotechnology, and healthcare ecosystems, he aligns Evotec's scientific, technological, and business operations capabilities with the evolving R&D needs of its partners.

His leadership centers on building long-term strategic partnerships that give customers access to Evotec's integrated drug discovery and development platforms, from early discovery through clinical and manufacturing support, while ensuring they have the scientific expertise, technologies, and collaborative models needed to accelerate timelines, reduce risk, and improve the probability of success. He also shapes commercial and GTM strategies that expand access to Evotec's differentiated capabilities, including AI-enabled drug discovery, automation, and advanced platform technologies, and drives the scalable processes and operating models that deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience across global markets.

Dr. Khan leads cross-functional teams structuring and delivering the strategic collaborations that create value for customers while supporting Evotec's mission of transforming scientific innovation into impactful therapies for patients. Over his career, he has helped establish and expand partnerships representing more than $7 billion in potential collaboration value across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, consistently driving growth through customer-centric innovation, operational excellence, and trusted strategic relationships. Ashiq holds a PhD in Neurobiology from Harvard University and the University of Cologne, completed his postdoctoral research in Immunology at Yale University, and pursued studies in Financial Strategy at INSEAD.
