Damian Carvajal serves as Board Member at BD&L Peers NextGen Community, founded in April 2026 as a global initiative to connect junior BD&L folks and boost deal-making, knowledge transfer and networking. Damian also works as Partnering Manager at Debiopharm with more than 3 years of S&E experience in the field of oncology, including an AI-driven alliance focused on developing dual-payload ADCs. Damian focuses on the strategic licensing of innovative, first-in-class preclinical programs to expand Debiopharm's therapeutic pipeline. He holds a solid oncology and neurobiology background from his PhD at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) and Heidelberg University, as well as a BSc from the University of Barcelona.
