Denis Dubuy is the Director of Corporate Development at Owkin (Paris, France), where he leads the origination, due diligence, and execution of M&A, licensing, and strategic alliances.

Previously, he was the Director of Business Development & Licensing at ATAI Life Sciences (NASDAQ: ATAI) where he supported business development and investment activities. He also served on the boards of EmpathBio, Viridia Life Sciences, and Revixia Life Sciences.

Earlier in his career, he was an Investment Director at Andera Partners where he contributed to 10 new investment. He also worked at Michel Dyens & Co as a Healthcare Corporate Finance Analyst, supporting various deals in biotechnology and healthcare.

He holds a Master’s degree in Biopharmaceutical Management from ESCP Business School and a Master’s in Biotechnology Engineering from Sup’Biotech.
