Dimitrios is a Managing Director focused on structured finance and healthcare royalty investments. He joined OrbiMed in 2022 from Deutsche Bank, where he had been responsible for venture and specialty principal lending and helped to establish OrbiMed’s London office in 2023. Prior to this, Dimitrios also held positions at the Goldman Sachs insurance buy-out business (now Rothesay), where he was responsible for esoteric assets and at Credit Suisse in the structured credit proprietary trading group. Dimitrios holds a BA from the University of Oxford.
