Since 2024, Dominika is responsible for regulatory policy issues in Europe for CSL, including strategic enterprise level alignment and regulatory policy activities across CSL’s therapeutic modalities. She brings deep expertise in EU health and regulatory policy frameworks, complemented by a strong understanding of U.S. and international regulatory policy systems. She has extensive experience engaging with international stakeholders, including the WHO, OECD, EDQM, and others. Previously, Dominika served as the head of regulatory policy at the Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association (PPTA) and the Associate Head of Unit at the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC).

She holds a PhD in Molecular Immunology from the University of Oxford (2007) and a BSc in Biochemistry and Immunology (Joint Honours) from King’s College London (2003).
