As Principal at Earlybird Health, I'm at the forefront of identifying and backing transformative Life Science and healthcare startups across Europe. My work spans the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and diligence to supporting founders as they scale — helping build the next generation of European healthcare innovators as we ride the superconvergence of AI and biotech.

Before joining Earlybird, I led Life Science investing across EMEA at Plug and Play, sourcing and backing companies like Biorce, Hyfe, and Virtonomy. Over the past two decades, Plug and Play has funded more than 2,500 companies globally, including 34+ unicorns such as BigID, Blockdaemon, Dropbox, Guardant Health, Flutterwave, honey, Hippo, Kustomer, N26, PayPal, and Tractable.

With a background spanning AI, health, and life sciences investing, and training in medical physics and diagnostics, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to backing the founders shaping the future of healthcare.
