Hyunwoo Lee serves as Deputy President of the International Cooperation Department at the Korea Pharmaceutical and Bio-Pharma Manufacturers Association (KPBMA), where he leads international cooperation and supports the global expansion of Korean pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical companies. He works with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) to help Korean companies address overseas regulatory challenges. He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea in 1997 and has held key positions in government and diplomatic missions, including Deputy Consul-General in Boston, USA, and Chengdu, China. He also served as First Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the European Union and Belgium, and at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Kenya.
