Ingo brings over 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and a passion for strategic business development. As co-founder and Chief Business Officer of Tubulis, he led the business strategy and partnerships that built the company's next-generation ADC platform and culminated in its acquisition by Gilead Sciences in 2026 — at up to $5 billion, the largest-ever acquisition of a privately held European biotech company. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Algiax Pharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage company developing treatments for neuropathic pain. Previously, he was Managing Director at the drug delivery company tesa Labtec GmbH. Ingo studied pharmaceutics at the University of Münster and obtained his PhD at the University of Heidelberg. He also studied business administration, specialising in marketing and finance.
