Dr. Jongsuep Baek is the Founder and CEO of BeNature BioLab and an Associate Professor at Kangwon National University, South Korea. His work focuses on formulation engineering and delivery systems for poorly soluble drugs and natural active ingredients. At BeNature BioLab, he leads the development and commercialization of HME-DDS™, a solvent-free hot-melt extrusion platform designed to address challenges in solubility, stability, oral bioavailability and taste masking. He bridges academic research and industrial development through formulation partnerships and the advancement of proprietary natural-product candidates, with applications across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and cosmetics.
