Pietro Puglisi is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Claris Ventures, an Italy-based venture capital firm focused on early-stage biotech, active since 2020. Claris manages approximately €200 million across two funds, backing innovative therapeutics companies from the preclinical stage through clinical proof of concept. Pietro holds board seats across the portfolio, including Resalis Therapeutics (Phase 1b, obesity), NeoPhore (Phase 1 ready, oncology), Kither Biotech (Phase 2a, respiratory) and several other companies. He holds an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs.
