Franz Hippler is R&D Lead within the Agronomy and R&D organization at Yara International. He has experience in translating scientific insights into practical technologies that help growers improve crop performance under diverse environmental conditions. Currently, Franz leads global research, innovation, and product development programs focused on advancing biostimulant solutions, foliar nutrition, and seed and fertilizer coating technologies. His work centers on understanding the interactions between mineral nutrition, plant physiology, and plant stress responses to develop innovative solutions that enhance nutrient use efficiency, crop resilience, agricultural productivity, and sustainability.
