1. Register to the event
Before registering your POSTER you will need to GET YOUR PASS for the congress. Please click the 'Book Now' link below.
2. Fill the form below
- To register your poster fill in the form. Please click on the 'Register your poster' link below once available.
- Submission deadline: Friday 7th November 2026
3. Prepare your poster
- Poster board size is 93cm wide x 231cm high (we recommend to only use the bottom two-thirds of the board).
- Your poster will also be showcased VIRTUALLY via the ConnectMe Event app after the event.
- Note: Poster should be science based only (not being commercial). Any commercial and advertising types of posters will be removed.
4. Turn up to the event
Bring your poster with you to the event. Come to the registration desk to pick up your badge where you will be given your poster board number.
Poster exhibition and competition
The poster exhibition is a much anticipated part of the Biostimulants World Congress where researchers have the opportunity to discuss their work with delegates at the event. There is a dedicated poster tour which gives viewers the opportunity to pose questions and delve deeper into the results.
The winner of the 2025 poster competition was Annamaria Massafra and her group from University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in Italy.
The winner won a cheque for USD 500.
