Always avoid providing financial information, login credentials, or sensitive business data over the phone.
3. Contact us directly using verified contact information to confirm legitimacy
4. Report the incident to your internal security team

Legitimate BPI communications will always provide official email correspondence when requested and include proper company identification and contact details. BPI maintains the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and transparency when dealing with its business partners, and will never pressure you into an immediate phone-only discussion.
