Amit Mathur, Ph.D., is a Principal Scientist and Group Lead at Sanofi's Genomic Medicine Unit (GMU), where he leads a team developing high-titer AAV producer cell lines for gene therapy. With over 9 years of industry experience spanning Sanofi, Amgen, and Merck, he specializes in integrating automation, machine learning, and NGS-based characterization into cell line development workflows. He serves as GMU CMC Digital Transformation Lead and holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Johns Hopkins University".
