Profile

Hooriya is an award-winning marketer and Chief Client Officer at Logic & Heart Life Science Agency, where she builds strategic brand empires for biotech clients across the globe. With a career defined by clarity and strategy, she has spent years helping global brands, companies, and causes uncover the unknown and decode the complex — transforming intricate marketing challenges into sharp strategies and actionable plans.

A recognized leader in her field, Hooriya is a BLOC 100 Leader for Biopharma Leaders of Color and a San Diego Business Journal Top 50 Leader of Influence in Life Sciences. She is an inductee of the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences (IADAS) and serves as a judge for the Webby Awards, which honors excellence in media and storytelling across the nation's largest creative platforms.

Her commitment to community is equally distinguished. Hooriya serves on the Board of Directors at OutCare Health, advancing LGBTQ+ healthcare equity through fundraising and strategic partnerships, and sits on the California Life Sciences Pantheon Awards Advisory Board. For the past eight years, she has served on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Board of Governors — the largest LGBTQ+ civil rights organization in the United States — supporting its Major Gifts, Membership, and DEIB initiatives. As Chair of Digital, Media & Marketing Communications, she leads the HRC's minority leadership affinity groups for AANHPI and BIPOC LGBTQIA+ donors and members.

A champion for the next generation, Hooriya mentors STEM students at SD Squared across every stage of the talent pipeline, drawing from her own journey to open doors for others. She also serves as a mentor with the Nucleate Activator Program for early-stage biotechs, fostering inclusive innovation, and has been a director of Women in Bio's MAPS (Mentorship, Advisors, Peers & Sponsorship) Program.
