Profile

I am a scientist and leader with over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, where I have held positions of increasing scope and responsibility across process development, CMS strategy, emerging technologies, and molecular diagnostics.

Currently, I direct a diverse team of more than 75 scientists and engineers responsible for:

  • Late-phase process development and characterization
  • Integration of innovative technologies into laboratory and manufacturing environments
  • Supporting a robust clinical and commercial pipeline

I am particularly passionate about revolutionizing drug development through simplification and automation—with the mission of delivering groundbreaking therapies to broader patient populations with significantly reduced timelines and costs.

Throughout my career, I have consistently championed the strategic application of cutting-edge technologies to overcome traditional bottlenecks in biopharmaceutical development. My leadership approach balances scientific rigor with practical implementation, ensuring that innovations translate effectively from bench to commercial scale.

My cross-disciplinary expertise positions me at the intersection of science, technology, and patient-centered healthcare delivery, where I continue to focus on transforming how we develop and manufacture life-changing therapies.
