Paul Cashen is a Process Expert for Commercialisation & Optimisation at Sartorius. He has over 15 years of experience in the biologics industry, with an expertise in downstream processing. He specialises in the downstream process development, scale-up and manufacturing of ATMPs, such as lentiviral and adeno-associated vectors, as well as process intensification strategies for downstream purification. In his current role, he provides technical leadership on projects involving late-stage process development and scale-up to commercial manufacturing.
