Associate Professor and Principal Investigator, School of Biotechnology, Dublin City University. Research interests are in the area of Biopharmaceutical Research of CHO cells where proteomic characterisation of recombinant mammalian cells is used to gain insights to improving productivity of biopharmaceuticals. Also have research interests in the application of proteomics to identify new biomarkers and therapeutic targets in pancreatic cancer and drug resistant lung cancer. Co-author of over 120 peer-reviewed publications and edited 1 book in research areas related to proteomics, bioprocessing and cancer.
