Holloid is a BOKU spin-off company founded in Austria in 2022. It unlocks breakthroughs in biotech and a global transition to more sustainable value chains across industries by providing scalable 3D-microscopy at a throughput 1 million times higher than any comparable microscopy technique. It generates unique sets of big data on microscopic objects, containing more information on each individual object than traditional microscopy. We analyze the processed data with machine learning to compile an ever-growing AI model, which our users apply to detect and count objects in their processes. Holloid offers big data on small things - reducing costs, improving quality and raising safety for our clients.
