The Business Analysis (CBAP & PMI-PBA) Exam Preparation Boot Camp is a comprehensive training programme designed to prepare experienced business analysts and project managers to pass the globally recognised CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification exams. In this course, you will learn core business analysis principles, activities, tasks, and techniques aligned with BABOK Guide and PMI standards. You will understand the role of business analysis within project lifecycles, practice exam-like questions, and develop a personal test preparation strategy. The course also includes coverage of key knowledge areas and domains essential for CBAP and PMI-PBA certification success.

The course uses a blended methodology combining lectures, interactive discussions, and practice exams. It maps the IIBA BABOK Guide version 3.0’s six knowledge areas alongside the PMI Guide to Business Analysis’s five domains. Participants engage in exam simulations and quizzes to reinforce learning and prepare for the CBAP and PMI-PBA certification exams effectively.

The course modules include Introduction to Business Analysis basics, BA Planning and Monitoring, Elicitation and Collaboration, Traceability and Requirements Management, Strategy Analysis and Needs Assessment, Requirements Analysis and Solution Definition, and Solution Evaluation and Validation. The course provides 35 Professional Development (PD) hours for IIBA exam applications and 35 Continuing Development Units (CDUs) for CCBA and CBAP renewals. It also awards 35 Contact Hours valid for PMI CAPM, PMP, PBA, PgMP, and PfMP exam applications. Successful course completion leads to an Informa Connect Academy Certificate and applicable partner certificates.
