THC Training Program
The CSP C-Store Cannabis Board formed around a gap the whole channel could see: hemp and cannabis products moved into convenience retail faster than training for the people selling them. The board's members — retailers, suppliers, and category experts — have worked together to expand the training available to c-store operators and raise the compliance standard across the industry.
That work led to a partnership with Element Training to bring this program to retailers across the c-store industry. It certifies convenience store staff on hemp and cannabis basics: ID checks, product knowledge, and the rules in their specific county — not just their state.
Seven short lessons. About 25 minutes, on a phone. A verifiable certificate the same minute they finish.
