Rachael Waddell, Vice President, Convenience Retail – East at The Coca-Cola Company, oversees all aspects of the Coca-Cola business relationship for a portfolio of Convenience Retail customers, including Wawa, QT and Sheetz.

Rachael previously was a general manager for Red Tree Beverages, the alcohol subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company. Rachael partnered with major retailers across all channels, including c-store, before developing alcohol specific sales force in 2025. She previously worked in various brand and innovation roles at The Coca-Cola Company. And started her career with the company as a summer intern in 2014.

Rachael worked in brand management at Yum! Brands’ KFC and financial services prior to business school. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. On a personal note, Rachael resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband, Peter, and stepdaughter, Metts. She enjoys watching & cheering on Metts playing new sports, (very) amateur tennis, and going on culinary adventures.
