Step 1 - register to attend
To take part in Meet the Expert, you must be registered for the Canadian Apartment Investment Conference.
This program is open to building owners, developers, investors, lenders, brokers, and REITs.

Step 2 - apply to attend
- Once event registration is complete, apply to participate in Meet the Expert here.
- Complete a few quick filter questions.
- Your answers will ensure you are mutually matched.
- We’ll contact you to confirm your slot.
Step 3 - at the event!
Those who have had their position confirmed should head to the Meet the Expert meeting space.

Step 4 - the meetings
We're keeping it simple: 2 sessions. 10 minute meetings. Up to 4 meetings.
- Building owners, developers, investors, lenders, brokers, and REITs will be matched with their preferred expert.
- Allocate is a dedicated session. Each meeting will be 10-minutes with a short buffer between meetings.
- Each participant will meet with 4 experts within the dedicated time slot – the perfect way to make introductions and start a conversation.
