Aik Aliferis currently holds the position as Senior Managing Director and Senior Director of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI). With over 25 years of experience and $8B CDN in transactions, Aik has developed a reputation for his commitment and expertise within the real estate industry. As former CEO and one of the founding partners of Primecorp Commercial Realty, Aik has led some of the largest investment transactions in Canada. In 2018, Aik made the decision to change his career and, with his partners, sold Primecorp Commercial Realty. He embarked on a new path and had to learn a completely new business. With the help of M&M University and his newly formed team at IPA, Aik now provides best-in-class advisory services for family offices, pension fund actuaries, M&As and large corporate clients.
