Corey Pacht is the Executive Vice President of Operations at Fitzrovia and previously served as Senior Vice President of Investments with the firm. Corey is responsible for management oversight of the Development, Construction, Property and Asset management teams. His responsibilities include ensuring successful implementation and coordination of business strategies and goals across the platform. Prior to joining Fitzrovia, Corey was a VP of Investments at Square Mile Capital in New York, where he completed over $3 billion of commercial real estate transactions across the United States. Corey also spent several years working at Greenhill & Co. as an investment banker focused on mergers and acquisitions. Corey graduated as an Ivey Scholar with an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
