Corey Pacht is the Senior Vice President of Investments at Fitzrovia. He is responsible for all new site acquisitions in addition to ensuring strong project outcomes throughout the development lifecycle. Corey helps lead capital raising and financing, evaluates new business lines and geographies and drives general corporate strategy for Fitzrovia. Prior to joining Fitzrovia, Corey was a VP of Investments at Square Mile Capital in New York, where he completed over $3B of commercial real estate transactions across the United States. Corey also spent several years working at Greenhill & Co. as an investment banker focused on mergers and acquisitions. Corey graduated as an Ivey Scholar with an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
