David Bloomstone is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at TD Securities and has more than 30 years of experience in the Canadian multi-residential real estate industry. He advises public and private REITs, institutional investors, and major private real estate companies on investments and strategic transactions. Since joining TD Securities in 2006, David has been actively involved in some of Canada's most significant multi-residential real estate transactions. He holds a BA in Economics from McGill University, an MBA in Real Property from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
