Josh Lerner is a Senior Vice President of Investments of Harbour Equity and is responsible for originating and managing the underwriting of new joint venture opportunities, as well as managing relationships with existing joint venture partners. Josh has extensive experience in real estate development and was previously responsible for the acquisitions, management, and development of a residential and commercial portfolio for a private developer based in Toronto. Josh holds a combined LLB/MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School & Schulich School of Business at York University.
