Always on the pulse of current market trends and dynamics, he guides the acquisition strategy in identifying unique underperforming multi-family assets, creating a pipeline, and executing Lankin Investments’ value-add strategy. Kyle’s property and project management exposure over the years ties it all together for the partnership by identifying opportunities and efficiencies at the property level that increase asset performance and their inherent valuations.

As a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves, Kyle utilizes his experience to build strong teams and to inspire those around him to succeed. He holds an Honours Business Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and served as a member of the Executive Board of the Brampton Downtown Development Corporation. He is also a former member of the Advisory of REIN (Real Estate Investor Network). Kyle currently serves on the board of various non-for-profit charitable organizations, and proudly gives back to the community around him.
