Mark Brule is the Vice President of Acquisitions and Corporate Development at Homestead Land Holdings Limited. With over 13 years of experience at Homestead, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s national strategy for acquisitions, dispositions, and new development. His work has shaped Homestead’s growth through careful financial analysis, strategic site selection, and long-term planning.
Mark began his career in operations, where he gained valuable insight into asset management and tenant relations before moving into senior leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President of Burlington Operations. His combined knowledge of operations and investment gives him a balanced perspective when evaluating opportunities for Homestead’s future.
He holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate and Housing from the University of Guelph, and a Certificate in Buildings and Construction from New York University.
