Riccky Dasgupta is Vice President, Mortgage Origination at Cameron Stephens, contributing to the organization’s growth and success since 2015. In his current role, Riccky leads a high-performing team of 5 originators, overseeing annual transactions totaling $1.6 billion in Eastern Canada. His responsibilities extend to Chairing the Deal Qualification Committee, where he plays a pivotal role in structuring deals and adjudicating credit. In his prior position, Riccky managed a team of 7 analysts responsible for the initial underwriting of all Cameron Stephens transactions, and he has successfully originated and underwrote over $2.5 billion in new transactions since 2016. Riccky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).
