Ryan Donkers is a seasoned real estate acquisition professional with 20 years of experience and is highly regarded for building, leading and inspiring high-performing investment teams. Widely known as an innovator, outstanding communicator, relationship builder and mentor, he has a demonstrated track record of trusted and deep relationships across Canada with brokers, principals and other real estate professionals for purchases, divestiture, and joint venture opportunities. At Equiton, Ryan is responsible for identifying and acquiring a diversified portfolio of investments to create value and asset appreciation for our partners. He will also pursue organic growth opportunities and ensure there is an active pipeline of new investment opportunities.

Ryan has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CPA and CA.
