Shaun Hildebrand is President of Urbanation, a real estate research and consulting firm focused on the high-rise residential sector in Ontario. Shaun and his team provide critical insights and guidance to the development industry through detailed market reporting and feasibility analysis for new condominium and purpose-built rental projects. Shaun has a background as an economist and 20 years of experience in residential market analysis.
