Tyler Yen is responsible for the origination of investment and development opportunities across all real estate strategies. He also oversees the structuring, negotiating, and execution of transactions.

Prior to joining Fengate in 2024, Tyler held the position of Vice President at Northbridge Capital, where he led the sourcing of acquisition opportunities across multiple asset classes in Canada and the United States. During his seven years at Northbridge, he also focused on capital raising initiatives and played a key role in growing the firm’s assets under management by over 500%. Prior to Northbridge, Tyler spent two years at Wells Fargo Bank supporting the expansion of its commercial real estate finance business in Canada.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Real Estate from the Sauder School of Business at The University of British Columbia.
