William leads the Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction practice for Eastern Canada for EY Canada and EY-Parthenon. William provides strategy and transactional services in the real estate sector to clients in both the public and private sectors. For over 20 years, William has executed a variety of mandates in the real estate sector including complex financial structuring, valuation, dispute resolution, financial modelling and options analysis work, due diligence related assignments, sourcing equity and debt for developers and private equity real estate funds, sourcing joint venture partners for real estate projects, advising on acquisitions, dispositions and development projects, restructuring and special situations. William is also the sports industry sector leader for EY Canada and has worked on several stadium and arena projects in both Canada and the US.
