Bill is Chief Asset Management Officer at KingSett Capital. He joined in 2005 and is responsible for the operations, execution and value optimization of KingSett’s real estate portfolio.

Bill is responsible for successfully overseeing property management, capital execution and leasing across all of our asset classes in addition to leading the development team, strategically planning and executing value creation programs across KingSett’s real estate portfolio. Prior to joining KingSett, Bill advanced for eight years through Oxford Properties Group, concluding his property management career as General Manager, responsible for Royal Bank Plaza. Prior to working for Oxford, Bill worked for Fieldgate Development where he was responsible for the management of Fieldgate’s residential, industrial and retail portfolios including the leasing and execution of design build projects.
