Dr. Kumar Dhanasekharan is leading development of a CMC-led biologics platform and pipeline to accelerate access to essential therapies. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President and the Head of Technical Operations at Voyager Therapeutics, where he oversaw CMC development, manufacturing, QC, and supply chain functions for AAV gene therapy programs and monoclonal antibodies. He and his team developed and scaled-up gene therapy manufacturing up to 2000L scale while substantially lowering COGS with novel cell lines and plasmid-design approaches
