Nathan Moore, Ph.D., is a technology and digital transformation leader specializing in cell and gene therapy manufacturing, most recently Senior Director of Research Technology and Digital Transformation at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Over six years in Takeda's cell therapy organization, he built a modular manufacturing platform spanning 7 programs and 3 international sites, cutting process development FTE needs by 50 to 60 percent while roughly doubling yield. He led the Cell Therapy Technology Ecosystem initiative, closing gaps across transduction, formulation, thawing and analytics, and built Falcon LIMS, a custom process development data system that supported IND-enabling studies for about 50 active users.
