Who Should Attend

This contract review for non-lawyers course is designed for Managers who need to negotiate contracts, terms and discounts with outside suppliers of goods and services or manage contractor performance. This will include Purchasing, Procurement, Contract, Commercial, Sales or Marketing Managers/Supervisors and staff taking up such appointments for the first time.

It will also be of benefit to those who have had little formal training in contracts, purchasing and negotiation and those who wish to consolidate their experience.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATES

Delegates must meet two criteria to be eligible for an Informa Certificate of Completion for a course:

1.Satisfactory attendance - delegates must attend all sessions of the course. Delegates who miss more than 1 hour of the course sessions will not be eligible to sit the course assessment

2.Successful completion of the course assessment

Delegates who do not meet these criteria will receive an Informa Certificate of Attendance. If delegates have not attended all sessions, the Certificate will clearly state the number of hours attended. The certificate awarded will be in soft copy.

• Passing Score: 80%
• Duration: 75 minutes

Scores & Reporting

You will find out immediately after the exam if you have passed or failed. Should you fail the exam, you can apply to retake the exam up to two more times at no additional cost (within 12 months of online registration to the course).

Certificate

You will receive your own URL containing their individual Certificate of Excellence within seven days of passing the exam. Your digital certificate will be registered on the Blockchain, cryptographically signed, and tamper-proof. In addition, you will receive an Informa Certificate of Attendance which will state the number of hours of the course completed. Powerful social sharing features that accompany your digital certificate will enable you to quickly promote your new credential across hundreds of social media channels. You can also add your certificate to your LinkedIn profile .
