The organizer does not provide insurance for any booth components or additional pieces of equipment brought into the conference, rented from exhibitor services or for personal items of any exhibitor against loss, damage or theft. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to have their own public liability insurance and send a copy to Melanie or Maureen.
