SHELL SCHEME STANDS
Shell scheme booth structure will be provided by Informa Connect for 9 square meter (3mx3m) or a 6 square meter (2mx3m) booths. Please check the exhibitor check list for specs.
3mx3m shell scheme booths are B101-B107, B301-B307; 2mx3m shell scheme booths are B108-B110, B308-309.
INCLUDED
- Back and partition walls in white hard panels
- Height: 2.5 m
- One table, two chairs, two spotlights, and one trash can
- 220V/500W power supply
NOT INCLUDED
Booth equipment, e.g.
- Wired LAN internet access
- Display systems
- Printed panels
- Carpet
For items or services not included in the exhibitor package, they must be ordered separately at your own cost.

SPACE ONLY STANDS
Space only is available for sponsors and delegations. You will be provided 24 square meters(4mx6m) empty space where you are building your own customized booth structure. Space only booths are B201-209.
All individual booth designs must be approved by Informa Connect. Please send drawings incl. measurements, and Risk Assessment and Method statement directly to Melanie for approval. In case Informa Connect design rules differ from venue's guidelines, Informa Connect’s rules shall take precedence.

TABLE TOP STANDS
Standard 3 x 2 Meter Tabletop Booth
Exhibitors must not exceed their allocated space. Please be sure to check that your stand will fit within your 3 x 2 meter space. Tabletop Booths are T01-12.
The following are provided for all stands free of charge:
- 1 x Table
- 2 x Chairs
- Electrical Power Supply (no high voltage)
Please ensure that you bring any adapters or extension leads which you require for your stand. Informa Connect will not be able to provide these onsite.
BOOTHS CUSTOMIZATION
For items or services not included in the exhibitor package, they must be ordered separately at your own cost. No fee is charged to the organizer.
Please get in touch with Merry for arranging printed panels on your shell scheme booths, space only constructions or to enquire about additional furniture, rentals, labor, and so on. There are a number of forms, but please take the time to go through them – returning the forms relevant to you by March 26, 2026, to ensure your instructions can be carried out.

All deliveries and consignments are handled by Kerry Hotel, Pudong, Shanghai. They will be in-charge of receiving, storing and delivering these items to the locations specified. You are covering your own fees, and no costs will be charged to the event organizer.

The warehouse is located on Level 3, the same level as Shanghai Ballroom.
Please remember you will also need to organise a return shipment.
Shipping Note
1. Please make sure to include ChinaBio™ Partnering Forum 2026 on the shipping label.
2. The Kerry Hotel will hold the goods up to 7 days for free, however, it's recommended to have all package delivered 3 days prior to the event.
3. Please contact Margaret at least one day prior to have your package delivered to Shanghai Ballroom and provide your booth number and company name.
